We spent 6 days at Lake Powell with my sister and her family. It was so much fun. We had a few rain storms but it made it a little cooler, with some overcast clouds. The good news is that I wasn't in traction after we got back home. Last year when I went with the Young Women, I had a series of back doctor appointments for 4 or 5 weeks after our return. It was good to be together with family.
