Ava is going to be with her dad in California for Christmas this year so we had Christmas early with her. Thanks Julie for inviting us over. The food was yummy and it is so much fun watching Ava open her gifts. There is nothing like small children and Christmas! I miss that. I wish my boys had not gotten all grown up so fast.

It was fun having you guys with us. I seriously don't know how I would do it with out you guys with us. What am I doing to do when your kids have kids? Or if the miracle of me getting married, do you know how many families we will have to share Christmas with? I am tired just thinking about it! I am so glad that I listened to that voice in my head that told me to invite you guys for that first early Christmas with us. I know I say it all the time, but I really don't know what I would do with out my "adopted" family.
