The Man in the Moon

Brad is a huge Glen Beck fan so I got him tickets for his birthday to go to Glen Beck's show, "The Man in the Moon".  He was so excited because he had tried to get tickets but it was sold out.  It was at the outdoor amphitheater.  We arrived and it was raining so hard that we sat in the car and waited for a while to see if it would subside.  The gates were supposed to open at 6:30 and the show was to start at 7:00.  The rain let up, but the sky still looked ominous.  They did not open as planned and we ended up standing in line for an hour in on and off downpours.  at 7:30 we were allowed in and we sat on the wet grass for 2 hours in more rain storms and the show finally started at 9:30 p.m.  They were waiting to see about the weather because the sound system and cameras were very expensive and they didn't want to ruin them.  We were soaked, cold and tired of waiting but I knew how much Brad wanted to see it so we stayed.  It was a good show with lots of electronic animation and special effects.  It was based on the Earth's existence from the time of the creation to the present day, from the view point of a Man on the Moon.
