Happy Birthday Cameron!

Today is Cameron's birthday. He would have been 20 today. I would like to think that he would be on a mission and doing the Lord's work - and he is, in a much bigger way. There is not a day that goes by that I don't think of him. His contagious smile and his easy-go-lucky attitude. Cameron was our fix-it person. When I was single, he would help around the house with electrical problems, sprinkler repairs and just about any project. One day I purchased an outdoor light to go on our back porch and gave it to Cameron and asked him if he thought he would be able to install it. He said, "Sure, I'll try". He took the old one down and re-wired the new one and had it up and running in no time. Nobody taught him those skills, he was just a natural. When he was little and he got a toy, the first thing he would do, before playing with it, was take it apart to see how it worked. He was always repairing his skateboard, BMX bike, etc. I love you Cameron and look so forward to seeing you again someday. Love, Mom p.s. There will be "Cameron" bracelets at his grave site if anyone would like to take one and help us remember Cameron on his birthday.

Thank you for sharing the day with us! You are such an amazing Mother and friend. I wish so badly that I could take this hurt away for you, but I can't. Just know that I love you, and your family, so very much and I thank the heavens for the blessing of having you in my life everyday. Cameron is one lucky guy to have had you to prepare him for the mission he is now serving.
